We recently started doing LED signs here at the shop. Greg, one of our production guys, is quite skilled at putting them together! Below are images of an sign we constructed and installed for Hadley Development.
The sign was mounted on concrete and the client requested that the base blend into its surroundings. Here Greg is painting the base to match the concrete.
Greg installed each of the letters and logo pieces onto the base. Afterward, he used silicon to make sure the wires stayed in place.
The logo and each letter had caps that covered the metal sign casings. Here’s the sign just before the caps were put onto it.
Light check! Once the letter caps were put in place, we had to verify that all of the LED lights were working.
And finally, Greg and Tyson installed the sign onto the business-front.
